Everything about my experience with Jackson Comfort Services and their technician, Thomas Rodgers and his assistant, was top-notch. I’m just thankful they come out to my house, which is probably 30 to 40 miles from their headquarters, when I need them. We’ve used them for many more years than I can count, including purchasing a full central air system, and everything has been done above board with top quality. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!
Today I had a tune up service done on my air conditioner unit. Not because there was anything wrong with it but more of a preventive care service. The young man that came today named Clayton Daniels surely went above and beyond. He made sure to ask me questions/concerns prior to getting to servicing the unit. He spoke to me about what he was doing, going to do & looking for. He took the time to make sure I understood the ins and outs of his service as well as what I may need in the future. John Levy did an excellent our kitchen faucet that was tucked deep sink. Very courteous, a very good job of cleaning up. I also very much appreciate the way they responded to my request when I had to cancel an early morning appointment with only an hour‘s notice. The office graciously scheduled my job for the following morning. I highly recommend
