3.5 rating, no way! We just had our whole bathroom finished by George and we could not be happier. From our meeting with Chuck to picking out our choices it has been seamless. George, We cannot say enough, you are wonderful.

Creative bath systems just finished my master bathroom and I was so impressed. They converted my tub to a shower, and replaced my vanity, all new flooring, fixtures, mirrors, and lighting.  Half the price of a lot of other companies. I want to thank Chuck he’s more than a salesman! and George was amazing! They’re the best.

Let me first say that Jason and George the installers were fantastic! They were very professional, respectful and really took pride in their work. As for Chuck Huff the sales representative I cannot say the same. During the time I was trying to pick out what I wanted from the catalog of Creative Bath I was told I could only order certain items which was not true. I did not know I could actually get whatever I wanted. I was also informed from Chuck that he doesn't get commissions which was another lie. Chuck saying this after I told him to slow down as he was talking fast and making me feel rushed through the entire sales process. Also my project was scheduled for...read full review
