Let me first say that Jason and George the installers were fantastic! They were very professional, respectful and really took pride in their work. As for Chuck Huff the sales representative I cannot say the same. During the time I was trying to pick out what I wanted from the catalog of Creative Bath I was told I could only order certain items which was not true. I did not know I could actually get whatever I wanted. I was also informed from Chuck that he doesn't get commissions which was another lie. We contacted Creative Bath Systems from out of state to perform a shower replacement at my mother in law's condo. CBS made it easy, and maintained close communication throughout the project to ease our level of anxiety over doing this project long distance. The install was fast (two days), complete, and professionally done. Very conscientious workers, both in the office and in the field. A special thank you to ***************** project manager, who kept us abreast of the ordering and delivery process, so very important in our case so we could schedule a visit to coincide with the install; and to our installer ******, who made what could have been a very disruptive process, manageable. Overall a very satisfying experience.

I had called several contractors and Bob from Creative Bath was the only one that called me back so right there I appreciated that. The price was right in my budget and there was no high pressure sales tactics at all which again I appreciated. When the installers arrived they were super professional and kept the work isolated to the bathroom. They were very pleasant and respectful which is what you want when you open your house to strangers. The finished product exceeded my expectations and I already reached out to Bob to see how soon we can do my guest bathroom.Services: Tile work installation
