I was in an accident and originally my car was sent to the Bedford location on Aurora Road. There were quite a few people ahead of me, so to get my car started they sent it to the North Royalton location. Both locations were awesome, but North Royalton gave top-tier service. Courtney communicated updates with me daily, showed she really cared, and did everything she could to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. They truly did an amazing job! My car looks great!!
The repair work and customer service were great. My only concern was the turnaround time - it took about a month to complete the repairs. I'm not sure if that's typical, but it felt longer than I expected.
