Based on the reviews, Schill Grounds Management provides great service for landscaping and snow removal. They have been used by property managers, condominium associations, and HOAs for many years. The service has been great, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The crews show up on time, looking sharp, and make winter-ravaged grounds look great. They are responsive to requests and always call back, making them easy to work with. Their workers are all professional and do a nice job on weekly maintenance and bigger projects like re-vamping islands and planting grass. Their services are much better by far than other companies. Guests and surrounding communities give many compliments about how nice the neighborhood looks. Schill Grounds Management is highly recommended for commercial property maintenance needs.
I live in a neighborhood serviced weekly by Schill and they are pretty terrible. Mowed over my flowers, damaged siding, killed birds in my yard (and left them there), forgotten my yard on more than one occasion, etc.
If their work is anything like they're driving, don't select this company. Multiple cars was stuck behind a truck in Columbus. Today that was heading towards Easton. The person was driving so extremely slow. It was almost dangerous. Many cars were trying to pass them. They were going way under the speed limit. It was clear if they don't know how to drive the equipment. They were driving so if they can't drive on the road.How can you expect them to do your yard work?And do it properly
