I had a sweater that I paid a lot of money for - that had seen better days. I stopped by this dry cleaners and the employee was so nice and friendly. The price was great and my sweater looks brand new! I was sweetly given a discount because I am newer to the neighborhood so thanks for that! But again $5.27 to clean an 80 dollar sweater! Wow I am impressed! I will be bringing all my dry cleaning needs here!

Mistakes happen and I believe that the way someone handles a complaint is as important as how they do their job and a great indicator into how they will treat you as a customer. I want to thank Jerome and his team for doing what they said they would do and for replacing a shirt of mine that was damaged during the dry cleaning process. They quickly took responsibility and did what they said they would do. Thanks Pat's Cleaners
