I retained Matt for a custody case. He seemed very professional at first but after 2 years I never even had a real meeting with the guy. I had 3 phone calls and they were interrupted multiple times by children or other calls, one of our meetings he just never showed and blamed it on the office. When reaching out asking why things weren't getting done I was promised matt was a good Attorney things just weren't documented yet. He never sent out subpoenas or spoke to my witnesses. He gave me false information about the GAL I requested meeting before court when we had our last phone call he basically yelled at me and told me I had to settle out which in return we did literally hours before court. His office was too unorganized and busy for my case and it was not attended to the way it was and now he's sending harassing messages about wanting MORE money for doing nothing. I've proved over e mail his office dropped the ball, his response " we need to get your balance paid" the man doesn't care about well being of children just the money he can make off desperate parents. highly highly suggest looking elsewhere. Our final contract doesn't even have my sons name on it, it has an incorrect last name and let's not even begin to talk about the dates and other typos. Had I not been so ill and put my trust in this office my son would be in a happier situation but instead I kept trusting that " he's a good attorney" maybe for criminal but definitely not the best for a child.
