If you are considering in-home support for yourself or a loved one, I HIGHLY recommend Home Instead (North Ridgeville location). The staff there, especially Marny, is very responsive, conscientious, and genuinely cares about their clients. The provider assigned has been a perfect match, a truly wonderful person who has been a tremendous help. It gives such peace of mind knowing that there is competent assistance available to help us help our mom/grandmother maintain her independence and remain home, instead.

WHEN MY HUSBAND WAS RELEASED FROM THE CLINIC WE CHOOSE HOME INSTEAD BECAUSE IT WAS LOCAL . THEY HELPED HIM SHOWER, GET DRESSED AND PUTTING ON THE SUPPORT STOCKINGS . NO EASY TASK! THEN ENCOURAGED HIM TO DO HIS EXERCISES . SUSAN AND STACEY ARE ALWAYS RELIABLE AND CARING . WE BECAME FRIENDS. AFTER HE PASSED AWAY I CONTINUED TO HAVE THEM 5 DAYS A WEEK . THEY HELP BY DRIVING M E TO DOCTOR’S APPOINTMENTS, GROCERY SHOPPING AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT I NEED TO DO.. I HAVE NO RELATIVES NEAR BY. MY SISTER WHO LIVES IN IOWA AND HAD A CAREER SUPERVISING NURSING HOMES TELLS ME, “YOU ARE BLESSED.”I HAVE RECOMMENDED HOME INSTEAD TO SEVERAL FRIENDS WHO ARE NEAR MY AGE-91.IRENE

Home Instead is like a Family! Everyone is super friendly and very helpful! Office staff is extremely knowledgeable and the CarePros are very sweet and caring! It’s a delight to work with everyone there! Great experience all the way around.
