“Nikki was super friendly and easy to connect with from the moment I entered. She was very solution-oriented, offering suggestions, reviewing my own skin care and identifying areas to adjust. She tackled my acne issue at the root immediately asking if I had visited a functional clinician since my acne is hormonal. During the facial, Nikki talked me through the process and tools and what she was doing and products she was using as she was working on my skin. Nikki customized the facial to cater to my specific needs and requests. All while being super gentle.
Nikki included a lovely head and temple massage toward the end. I left with a couple of skin care products for my sensitive skin, and a plan forward. Anytime I am here in the future I will definitely book an appointment with her!“

Stylist: My stylist was shilla and she did upper lip waxing for me. I loved it and she was so gentle.“

“I have been here 4 times for a manicure and pedicure. My advice is to find a good person to go to! The first manicure was absolutely so ugly and terrible. The lady barely spoke, was rushed and my nails were ugly and expensive! She also scrubbed my feet so hard, it hurt but they looked better than my hands. I gave them another shot because of the location and my previous nail salon person is no longer doing nails. Luckily the second time I went here, the person was really good. It is expensive, but at least she does a good job! I ask for only her now. They are not particularly friendly here and seem rushed. The last few times were better experiences, because of my lady. If I didn't find her, I wouldn't be going. Some of the pictures people have showed are so terrible! Not all are good, and that's anywhere really. This place does have some very inexperienced. My old nail salon was much more relaxing and friendly, but my lady is good and nice enough, so it works for now.

Cleanliness: It was clean from what I could see. She does use clean tools that she takes out of a packet every time. I see them clean the pedicure bowls.“
