Joe & Jamie were awesome! I called before I came and spoke to Jamie on the phone - she was very helpful and thorough with the information she provided. She spoke to me as soon as I walked in (Joe was on the phone) and let me know one of them would be with me as soon as they were available. Joe became available and he was efficient, and extremely helpful. He’s very good at multitasking while maintaining the integrity of customer service. I witnessed Jamie do the same thing as she helped another woman in the window next to me - each of them took a call as they were helping us but made it fast and kept their focus on the tasks already at hand. I had my first loan a month ago and I came back to get one today. The service was so quick and efficient I felt like I stole something. The cashier who helped me, Joe, was personable and quick, got me out of there in minutes. I’m thankful I can use CheckSmart when I need a little money to hold me over.
