John Braham from Bath Builders came to our home on 8/31/26 to install a walk-in shower and did a fantastic job.!! He even stayed late to complete the job in one day so we could use it the next day. That was huge as we only have one bathroom. As a service technician myself for 35 years, I can appreciate that he went the extra mile. We had several companies come in and give their sales pitch, but the service is what set John and Bath Builders apart. Highly recommended.
The whole process from the quote through the installation was pleasant and professional. Not once did it feel like anyone was trying to push us to upgrade. They listened to what we wanted. I can't give enough praise to these guys. The world of contracting is full of folks who want to cut corners to increase their profit margins, that wasn't the case with The Bath Builders. Just honest people making an honest living.
And my dog immediately liked them, so that's always bonus points.
The Bath Builders did a tub to shower conversion in our bathroom. The whole experience, from quoting, measuring, and installation was handled efficiently and professionally. After getting a number of quotations from other companies, vee chose Bat Builders for their fair, competitive price and comprehensive lifetime guarantee. The conversion was accomplished in one day and the final product looks great. I would have no reservation recommending this contractor.
