Very satisfied with the whole experience. Connor was on the phone with me prior to coming out and when he was on the way. Explained the whole process in detail. Showed up on time and did a great job start to finish. Will be using them for my future electrical needs.

Lane came to do an estimate on some work for me. He was polite and professional. He looked the situation over, explained what needed done and how long it would take. He was able to give me an estimate on the spot

I was so impressed with Zak. He called before he arrived, which was on time, and was very professional. He answered all my electrical questions clearly, and efficiently installed a light fixture, which was a bit complicated in a small bathroom under renovation. I highly recommend Dickey Electric and was especially pleased with service provided by Zak.
