Nice little Terminal. I'm a Met Express Driver and its nice to be able to use pam's terminals when we are over in this area. They have the basic necessities a truck driver could ask for. Drivers Lounge, Two washers and two dryers, a restroom, and one shower. Its hardly ever busy here which is nice as well. Its also within walking distance of a dunkin down the road.
We had to get our truck maintenanced that Friday so PAM TRANSPORT took us out to breakfast that morning and rented us a car to go home over the weekend.Mind you, we live in the eastern part of Pennsylvania and it was my birthday the very next day.On top of that, upon returning to North Jackson Ohio, the car rental company had no key drop box so PAM TRANSPORT got us a hotel room.My husband and I are in a lease purchase with PAM TRANSPORT and run as a team. No trucking company has ever done that for me in the past!Kudos to an awesome staff!
My wife shawna and I have been with this company for 26 years as a team both as a company team and as owner operators - I think it is very important and relevant to pay attention to drivers who are a big part of a companies history and why they have stayed loyal when opportunities have been abundant to go somewhere else but never have found it necessary to do so . P.A.M has been so good to us and their efforts to address all problems associated with an industry where turn over is a major issue - I realize everybody’s situation and goals are different but I have seen this company bend over backwards to address every drivers problems to the best of their abilities - I...read full review
