He goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his guests and is determined to make sure everyone has an absolutely amazing experience. I first visited before my vacation in June/July for a spray tan, but for some reason, my color didn’t stick. John reached out to me personally to apologize and offered me a free spray to make up for it. Since then, they’ve even purchased a brand-new spray booth. Today, I went back for another spray session. My legs still didn’t take the color properly, and again, John apologized. He’s now consulting with his professional tan artist to figure out what’s going on. Thankfully, their new machine can do just legs, so he’s making sure I’ll be fully taken care of. What really sets John apart is his constant communication. After my appointment today, he reached out to see how it was developing. I explained the leg issue, and he’s actively working to find a solution — not just for me, but in case any future guest encounters the same problem. For the record — it’s not the machine, and it’s not the color. My husband was sprayed here with zero issues and loved his results. I’ve been spray tanning for years, prepped exactly as recommended, and even taught my husband what to do before his session. The salon itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well-maintained, with décor that gives relaxing beach vibes. The process is clearly explained step-by-step, along with thorough aftercare instructions to extend your tan. The customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Even though my personal results haven’t been perfect, John is still going out of his way to make sure my experience is exceptional. This time, my spray is for my oldest daughter’s 18th birthday party, and he’s making sure I look my best.
