Turn around time was insanely quick and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and cared about fixing the issue at hand. A bunch of good dudes who are GREAT at their jobs!

Roto-Rooter did an excellent job! Brandon went over and above anything we could have hoped for and spent the time necessary to make everything just perfect for us. We are very happy with Roto-Rooter and will not hesitate to call them the next time we have a plumbing issue in the future. We could not have asked for better workmanship!

There was another extremely positive experience we had with Roto-Rooter today, 07/17/2026. All of the technicians were so polite, friendly, hard working, and made sure we were satisfied with the work. It was fast. The job was done within 36 hours of contacting Roto Rooter including the required city permits.

I am waiting for the final inspection which I feel will verify a job well done!

Sadly, one of the USA flags that was provided by the North Canto Chamber f Commerce has disappeared. I would appreciate having it and the pole returned.
