Melissa is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and her glowing personality really made my appointment an amazing experience. I've been getting Brazilian waxes for close to a decade now, and my experience with Melissa was easily the best I've had. It had been a while since my last wax so I was prepared for a painful experience, but she was so gentle and thorough. She also somehow was incredibly detailed while also being gentle, which is not a combination I find often.
