My only disappointment was the nail polish was chipping off within 2 days of my flip flop wearing vacation. All past pedicure polish lasted well over a month.“

“My first pedicure ever. Had an appointment, walked in and was given no instructions other than sign in. Then told to sit in the back. I had no idea what I was doing and no one was willing to help me. I asked another client where I was supposed to sit since the chairs looked different and one was already set up for someone. The girl who did my pedicure was nice but I never learned her name. I showed her my gift card so she proceeded to give me the pedicure that matched the gift card. After I was all done, she then tells me my gift card was too old (2.5 years) and they would only honor half of the gift card amount. I was very surprised. No one told me ahead, there is nothing on the gift card itself stating this rule and it was already done. What was I going to do at that point? She puts me under the blower while she cashed me out and leaves me there with no mention of how long I will be there - and she never came back! I asked others after sitting there 45 minutes what was happening. One told me to sit for 10-15 more minutes. After waiting for that amount of time, I finally saw the girl who had done my pedicure and asked her what was going on, and she said I could go. Do I wear the flip flop things and separators outside? I have no idea. It was very bizarre and definitely not an overall great experience. I like my nails and how they look and enjoyed some of the pedicure process, so I gave 4 stars.“
