Intelligent Fitness is a great facility that's always clean and staffed with helpful, qualified trainers. I've been a member of a number of gyms with and without personal training over the years and Intelligent Fitness surpasses all of those I've previously attended. They want you to be successful in whatever your goals are. I highly recommend Intelligent Fitness!

Intelligent Fitness (IF) has prepared me for the most challenging skiing in Utah at 11,000 feet the last six years. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. If you want to learn how to train and take a wholistic approach to fitness and health, IF gets my highest recommendation.

Fantastic trainers! Great facility! I've tried all kinds of local fitness places and nothing has come close to the level of professionalism and knowledge the staff at IF has. As a disabled veteran, I need specialized physical therapy and the trainers here know how to work with my injuries and create customized workouts. I trust their knowledge and know they have my best interest in mind. It's not about selling memberships here and all about helping you achieve the level of fitness you want.
