Henderson roofing was the third roofing company that I contacted and I received a prompt return phone call from Derek within an hour of contacting them. Derek was out at my earliest convenience and identified storm and wind damage that was not noticed or mentioned in my previously over inflated estimate from a different company. I was advised to start an insurance claim and it was quickly said that my initial claim was under my deductible as is typical of insurance companies not wanting to honor their customers. Had previously used Henderson for a roof replacement and they did and excellent job. This time had them do my gutters. Despite a cold and snowy day, their crew came out and did another excellent job. Quick and efficient. Thank you!
Shout out to Derek from Henderson Roofing today. Noticed we had a small drip start by the skylight last night so called the office this morning and already taken care of? Ken Henderson was our roofing contractor back in 2012. Stands behind his product and workmanship in an industry that isn’t easy. Appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness especially in not ideal temps? to be on a roof. Also glad it was a simple fix?
