The check in online thing is poorly communicated to people who do as your sign says and “Walk right in”. I went in to get a haircut and checked in at the desk. Chairs were full so I’m hanging out. Everyone finishes and people come in who checkies in online and they usher them back while I’m chilling. After the third round I left. If all your time is filled with people who already checked in then you should communicate that to the folks who have just walked in that it will be X amount of time before you will be up. Every time I come in to the portage location to get my hair and beard cut I always ask for Olivia. She does an amazing job with my hair and especially my beard. She is polite and kind to me and other customers as well. She actually carries on conversations with me when she is doing my hair and beard which makes it nice. I definitely will continue to come back and have Olivia continue to cut my hair and beard. Thank you Great Clips.

3 stars only because the manager tried to make it right. Sent my child with my husband(they have info on file on how to cut his hair). He came back literally BALD, with this weird 4 in long piece of hair in front. The manager fixed that long piece (it's not like she could unshave the rest), and gave us a free cut for the next time.Just got my hair cut by the manager who fixed my son's hair, she did a great job. I really appreciate her attention to detail, and we will continue to return to this location
