Sparkle is the best! A lot of hair dressers can give you a decent cut, but not everyone's cuts stand the test of time. You look great day one, and two weeks later, it's starting to grow out in an unflattering way. Not the case here; sparkle's cuts always look good, and she's fantastic at color too.
