My experience was beyond my expectations. The gentleman was super kind and fixed my PC at a reasonable price and time that I couldn’t get anywhere else. I would definitely give him my business again.
After going to best buy to talk to their Geek Squad I was told there was nothing I could do to upgrade my computer and was limited to my 8GB of Ram. Found out about BetterBuilt so I stopped by. They were able to upgrade my laptops Ram to 16GB & recommended and increase in storage to improve speed. It ultimately made my photo editing workflow more than twice as fast! What took 5 minutes to process now takes less than 2. Video editing is also SO much smoother. Can't thank them enough, saved me from buying a new computer! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their computer!
A fantastic place to get repairs done, they knew exactly what they were doing and were always available for any questions I had. Solid pricing, everything done in a timely manner, all around a fantastic place. 10/10 would recommend!!!
