My son and I built a computer and could not get the video card to get power. Brought the computer here and they figured out I was missing a additional cable that did not get shipped with my power supply. They had the computer 2 days and got it back to me running great. After going to best buy to talk to their Geek Squad I was told there was nothing I could do to upgrade my computer and was limited to my 8GB of Ram. Found out about BetterBuilt so I stopped by. They were able to upgrade my laptops Ram to 16GB & recommended and increase in storage to improve speed. It ultimately made my photo editing workflow more than twice as fast! What took 5 minutes to process now takes less than 2. Video editing is also SO much smoother. Can't thank them enough, saved me from buying a new computer! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their computer!
