Based on the reviews, AultmanNow Urgent Care at Washington Square has incredible staff who are fantastic with children. The staff stayed cool, calm, and compassionate even when busy. The nurses and physician provided kindness and care, doing an above excellent job despite a rude customer. The team was helpful and kind. An APRN-CNP was amazing, kind, and patient, diagnosing pink eye quickly and helping take the stress out of the visit. The paperwork given was extremely detailed. The staff kept a child calm during the whole process. One patient received excellent treatment for a dog bite wound. All of the staff were friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. Another patient was pleased with the care for an asthma flare-up, receiving a breathing treatment, three prescriptions, and other tips. The visit took about an hour and a half, but the patient was treated with urgency. The experience was seamless from the moment of walking in to leaving. The team provided thorough and quick care with excellent bedside manner. Compassion is not lost at this location. Many reviewers would go back or highly recommend it.
I brought my son in with a high fever and suspected strep throat and the care we received was exceptional. The entire team was compassionate, patient, and thorough. As a worried mom, I felt heard and supported every step of the way. It truly felt like a team of moms taking care of one of their own. We left with clarity, reassurance, and a clear treatment plan. first of all the lady before me was rude and disrespectful to the nurses for what i assume is because they wouldn’t rush her visit? idk but i was patient. i waited until my turn. i came in for my asthma flaring up from a mucus filled infection. i was very pleased with the kindness and care from the nurses and physician. they gave me a breathing treatment and 3 prescriptions and other tips to help me feel better quickly. i was there about an hour and a half but was treated with urgency when it was my turn. the staff did an above excellent job despite the rude woman who was calling them names. and i told them they were doing a great job because they were. if i have to...read full review
I took my daughter in on Sunday afternoon and we saw Amy Young, APRN-CNP. She was amazing, so kind with my daughter and really patient while answering all my questions. She diagnosed pink eye quickly and really helped take the stress out of the visit. The paperwork we were given to take home was extremely detailed, which was very appreciated by this mom trying to keep track of everything. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, the experience was seamless. I am so glad we came here and grateful for the care we received. Thank you so much!
