I took my friend's son and it was a nice place, they work well with the boys and keep them active, learning, building self esteem, making them more confident while building their bodies. Very patient, and making it fun for the boys are the great coaches/trainers.

My son Landyn absolutely loves this place! He has more confidence in himself and his ability to try new positions in his sports. He is determined to be better and stronger after each class. The instructors are amazing with all the kids.

My son enjoys the classes. I don't have to twist his arm to go! I like that he's is getting exposed to weights, he plays games that help him get faster on his feet. I like how involved the instructor is and how engaged the kids stay in class. And the facility is clean, spacious and very nice! Hard to believe it used to be Kames! lol
