I called Kramer when my Son's central air failed, Joe (Technician) came out that afternoon to determine the issue, This was on a Wednesday by Friday they were at his house installing a new system, They went above and beyond on this install. I now have a new Heating and Cooling company as i will call no one else in the future. Excellent service.

Kramer replaced my furnace and also installed air conditioning, which my house has never had. Was a big job with a lot of unique challenges on this 150+ year old house, but they finished it all in one day and did a great job. Were affordable, too. Would recommend them to anyone.

10/10 would recommend Kramer! We had a heating issue in Howland and they had a technician out at the house with parts and everything was fixed within 1 hour! I am so impressed and happy with the service.
