From our initial request, the process was seamless and finished quickly. Gina was incredibly helpful to us and provides great support to the workers.
True to their word, they provided a fair and reasonable estimate within 2 days. Once we accepted and paid the deposit, Tom and his crew were on-site within 2 days ready to prep and pour. Their efficiency was impressive; they have the task down to a science and got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality.
Russo’s did an outstanding job on our driveway & sidewalk! Tom & crew completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with the professionalism in which Russo’s operates, from the office with Gina and Brooke, to the workmanship of Tom and crew! Couldn’t be more satisfied with the finished product. The fellas did a real good job. Had to have a 28’ trench drain installed in frond of the garage do to the slop in the drive. All kinds of different pitches and it drains perfectly I highly recommend them to everyone
