“Lance has tattooed both arms my legs and both sides of my head. Never had a problem, never an issue and anytime I need something touched up when I go back for my next piece he touches up and adds to it. Will recommend 10/10 times only guy I will let put a needle to my skin for the last 5 years. Also my fiances only tattoo came from him and he followed the pre designed stencil to a T.
