They were timely and my clothing (suit) was cleaned as expected. I haven’t tried the free pick up and delivery, but I may.I guess having your items pressed is separate service? I was disappointed to find that they hadn’t been pressed following the dry clean. For the price I paid, I expected that. They can home on free hangers and covered in plastic.Watch for safety pins used to attach your service tags
