This company has been fantastic in 2023 I had a tree fall and get some of my roof. There the only ones that wanted to take on the job no matter how big or small. They have replaced my vinyl siding,big bay window and roof and even inside stuff and if they don’t like the way it turns out or it’s not they way they want it they keep trying to make it right(they are still working on my house from when the tree fell last year to make everything right) ! Also if they find something the ins didn’t cover they fight the ins until they do so they can make it right! Today 4/13/24 a tree fell on my garage and split it in half (litterally) and crushed my two vehicles I emailed them this morning to let them know to expect another job and they not only emailed me back instantly but has also called 3 times to make sure we are okay and let us know they are here for us and all the damage needs and keep us in the loop with what they need to do for this new project Mother Nature decided to put on us It’s amazing for a business to go out of there way to call you to simply make sure your family is okay and at a safe place and give you words of wisdom in a difficult time! I appreciate Justin and all the different crews from interior to roofers to exterior crews ect. that continue to show up and get the job done and last but deff not least the amazing receptionists!!
Just want to give a great big shout out to these guys. They put our new roof on and did a thorough job of cleaning up all in one day. I don't know why, but I've seen other roofers take several days to do a job. But, these guys were amazing. They explained everything and answered all my questions completely, they didn't talk down to me like I know nothing about roofing (even though I don't), they calmly and professionally dealt with my neighbor, who was ticked off because they parked in front of his house and claimed they were standing around smoking Crack (🙄 yeah, you can't make up this stuff, folks)...all-in-all, I highly recommend Dan Faith Construction LLC.
