This company is very responsive! Came out the day after I called (non-emergency call,) showed up bright and early, used clear communication, not pushy, and fixed my leaky copper pipe right up. Shawn was so polite and understanding, I really liked him and his assistant so much! Really appreciated their prompt, courteous assistance! Thanks guys!!! =D *UPDATE* Had them out again for a furnace issue! Jason was wonderful, explained everything to be, so helpful! Got my furnace fixed right up same day, and it was freezing outside. Joel Goldberg did an awesome job putting in our new sump pump. He explained all the features the product has that made us feel very protected from another Basement flood in our future. He has a very personable and helpful personality. We highly recommend using A to Z for your plumbing needs and hopefully you will have Joel as your technician.
