Great customer service machines are awesome. Had issues With a machine and the owner fixed it the second I had a problem love this Place and their machines will be going here for a long time 100/5 if I could give it that many stars
I miss the old laundrymat on Canal St. They had a bathroom, a tv, and the friendly owner was always there during the day. Clean & Quick doesn't have a public bathroom or a tv, but that could be a good thing. It helps to keep the loiterers and drug users out. When I first started going to Clean & Quick, I lost many quarters. I watched others lose quarters. They called the number posted. Someone was able to remotely get them their money back. But it's kind of a hassle. So now I use the credit card option. Every machine has a credit card option. So clean compared to others in the area. Staff was friendly. Which was nice to see staff present, even on a Sunday! This was our first time there and I think we'll be using this laundromat from now on.
