I am so disappointed in this tax service. My elderly parents delivered documents to them. 3 weeks later they called to tell them that they were missing 17 documents. At that point my mother was bedridden and the news of this put them in incredible emotional distress. I come at their daughter Kama took over their finances. Got power of attorney, started working on all the accounts and getting online access. We called the tax service and told them to stop working on it as I was going to complete the taxes myself.
