I came in clueless on what product I needed or where to begin.Thankfully Jordan jumped right in and within minutes solved my problem.Ulta is blessed to have an employee that knowledgeable AND friendly. Not only that; she gave very helpful suggestions. I wish Jordan and all employees a very Merry Christmas at this exhausting time of year and still treating me like I was her only customer that day. Thank you Jordan!

I love the layout and displays. They have a huge selection of beauty care products ?. I ordered online and when it was ready for pickup they emailed me. Employees were very nice and helpful ? also very well mannered.

My wife, Andrea Davis was the customer in this situation. She was unhappy with the way that her hair looked after leaving the salon. She called in and explained her situation. Ulta invited her to come back in and fix her hair for free. This is the true meaning of customer service. I'm sure my wife will return here for years to come. Keep up the good work.
