My technician, Scott Jacobsen, arrived timely and prepared. He was very pleasant when speaking and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very thorough, checking things I haven't seen others check. In the end, he have me options of what to do and explained the pros and cons of each option. He did not try to pressure me into any choice and left with a handshake. He then emailed me the options so that I could consider things longer and make the best decision.
