Only thing it was hard to hear over the loud barking and the nice lady at the front was super soft spoken so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself. Not a big deal, it doesn't take away from the service, but SPEAK UP please when Fido is shouting lol.

Very satisfied with the grooming. I asked for an estimated time when I dropped off my dog and she was super accurate with her estimated time (within like 10 minutes) which is awesome.“
