He listened to everything I was wanting and then went into detail about how to best accomplish them. When the work started on my covered front porch and new metal roof, of course I had questions, and Mike and his employees answered them fully without making me feel like I was stupid for asking or acting annoyed that I was bothering them. When the covered front porch and the metal roof were finished, they were exactly what I wanted and perfect! They completely changed the curb appeal of my first house, and it’s always nice not to have rain pouring through the ceiling! They’ve been completed for a few months now and there have been no issues and they still look amazing! I will definitely use MLC Builders again for any other major house projects in the future! “I recently had 2 projects for updates in my home done by Lasorella Renovations. My garden tub was changed to a beautiful tile walk in shower and my kitchen counter tops to quartz with a new under mount single basin stainless sink. There were lighting updates done in the kitchen as well as plumbing updates in kitchen and bath. Both projects were done with little down time. The crew/workers were respectful, clean up performed at end of each day. I was always informed of the schedule and if I had any conflicts they adjusted.I can't say enough positive feedback about this company.“
