New Carlisle Animal Hospital is highly recommended for its compassionate and friendly staff who provide excellent care for pets. Clients appreciate the affordable prices and the welcoming atmosphere of the clinic, which has been serving the community since the early 1990s. The veterinarians take the time to answer questions and discuss healthcare options, ensuring a collaborative approach to pet care. The clinic is known for making pets feel comfortable, even during their first visits, and for accommodating special needs. Many clients plan to return for future visits, valuing the kindness and professionalism of the team.
I had to have our 12 year old dog put to sleep on Thursday. She had been declining for quite a while. Amy, the technician who did the process is a human with a giant heart. I was kinda distraught...Amy made the process bearable. She explained the process and was very respectful of the situation.
The process was carried out in a dignified manner and I have nothing but respect and admiration for Amy and all the folks at this location.
This is probably the worst part if their profession, but they do care for the animal and the humans involved.

We absolutely love Dr. Bell and the staff. I've been coming to this location since I was a small child and the love and care they show for animals goes above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
Very friendly staff. They take the time to answer all of your questions and don't make you feel rushed. Very good with first time visits as they take extra steps to make your pet feel comfortable so it's a positive experience. Lucy approves this message.
