I would not recommend this kennel. Our dogs came home extremely dirty and with fleas. They also have only an hour opening on Sundays for pick up and charged us for the day. We came to this kennel after the owner of our old one passed away and we never had any issues and they always had a bath before we picked up.
We recently boarded our dog, Athena, at Country Lane Kennel, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism has always put us at ease. The facility is clean, spacious, and designed with dogs' comfort in mind. Athena, who is usually extremely anxious in new environments, received exceptional care. She was comfortable, happy, and well-exercised, with attention, playtime, and socialization with other dogs. I'm incredibly grateful to Country Lane Kennel for their positive and nurturing environment. I highly recommend their services to any pet owner. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Athena and squeezing us in at the last second!
My 3 dogs have been boarded at Country Lane Kennel for 4 vacations and several daycare visits over the last few years and it’s a great experience every time. They are always super patient with us at checkin/checkout and work well with each dog’s personality (one is eager to go with them, one is hesitant, and one tries everything to stay with me). From the feedback I’ve gotten at pickup, it sounds like the staff exercise the same patience when caring for the dogs during their stay. I always know that my dogs are well taken care of when they’re at Country Lane. We now live about 30 minutes away from the kennel and there are closer options, but I feel it’s worth the trip to leave my dogs with people that are patient, caring, and understanding. When people ask about boarding their pets somewhere, I always recommend Country Lane Kennel.
