From the moment you enter the front staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr Kallner was personable, knowledgeable and took his time to listen and answer my questions. The young woman who helped with selecting glasses and decisions about what I needed couldn’t have been any more helpful. They have got customer service down to a tee. I spent more than I’d planned but I also felt I’m getting good value with options I selected. Highly recommend this vision center and already telling others about it.
Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone is super friendly, Dr. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and Sandy was great at helping me pick out my new glasses.
I want to say a HUGE thank you to Dr Jeremy. I had eyepain that was just terrible. I thought it was something in my eye and honestly didn't believe him when he said it was a virus but I did what he asked and he was RIGHT ON!! IN 2 days I am feeling so much better. The care and attention I received was fantastic and I am so grateful! I highly recommend New Boston Vision Center. I need to mention the girls in the office are always wonderful as well.
