Hello everyone!!! I just got work completed, 8 windows total??. Every step of this process was excellent. Our sales person, Isaiah, explained the windows, the steps to manufacture the windows themselves. We originally purchased 4 windows but because of the quality we purchased 4 more.Isaiah was in constant contact, updating us along the way. We scheduled the install which was todays. The crew was on time, courteous and professional. The job was completed and I was shown the operation of the windows. I also want to note that Isaiah actually helped with the installation. CBS Factory Direct just installed windows in my home. This house was built by my grandparents in 1953. The quality of the new windows and quality of work from the installers is second to none. I think my grandparents would approve, without hesitation. Would 100% recommend CBS Factory Direct!Services: General window replacement
