I had a wonderful experience. Adi was super nice and did a great job. It's nice to find a nail salon that focuses on the natural nail and is really close to home. I'll be back for sure.

Great spot to get a nail service done! The space is bright and airy with lively conversation. They seem to always be busy but based on their scheduling system, everything flows nicely keeping appointments on time. I l on be that I can schedule online and there is full pricing transparency. If you have the time I recommend hoping next store to the Fox in the Snow for a rich coffee and breakfast or a pastry treat.

Edit: I reached out to customer service and they were wonderful. Truly listened to my experience and went above and beyond. Updated the stars to 4 based on the experience with customer serviceWon’t be back and I had such high hopes. Make sure you read the fine print because if you are even a few minutes late they will shorten your service and charge you the full amount. I was less than 10 minutes late and we finished 10 minutes early because they shortened my service. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Staff were rude. This was supposed be a special mother daughter outing with my 4 year old and they seated her 4 seats away for the pedicure! The salon was not busy and...read full review
