This was my first time going to the salon and Alice did an amazing job! She’s very passionate about what she does and really pays attention to every detail. My nails turned out great
The review score is accurate. Service was terrible! Charged over $80 for a gel x set that took over 2 hours. Nails aren’t even solid, and couldn’t get my nail art due to the inaccurate time frame. Was told by customer service I would get an experienced nail tech, which didn’t happen. To fix the problem I was given 5% back on my CC, which doesn’t give back the time wasted on subpar nails. Did I mention with frigid temperatures, the building temperature was 63 degrees, that isn’t relaxing at all!
I got my pedicure done by Susmi and I’m literally obsessed! She’s so sweet and gentle, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing, especially the massage. My nails turned out beautiful, and my legs feel sooo smooth. It was my first experience at this salon and my so grateful for her <3
