Best gym I’ve ever been a part of hands down! Workouts are challenging and engaging! Instructors push you and actually learn your name. I feel motivated and happy every workout I shred and look forward to many more!! Really feels like a family of people who genuinely care about each other and making fitness an awesome experience!! Would recommend 10/10!!
Tried Shred415 for the first time on Class Pass and really enjoyed it. I took a 45 min class so half was on the treadmill and half on the floor for strength. Each class will be slightly different especially the 45 min vs 60 min classes but the overall format is time on treadmill then strength (or vice versa - I had the choice of starting on the floor vs tread). Very similar to Orange Theory type workout but no rower. The instructor, Sarah, was great - very welcoming and encouraging and kept great energy the whole time! Definitely worth checking out
Shred is a great workout, I've attended 2 of Raphael's classes. Dude keeps the vibes good and always has good music playing. Changing from tread to floor every 15 minutes really helps make the hour go by faster.
