New to Shred415 and I'm really loving it. Love the format of the classes. I needed more cardio in my exercise routine and this was absolutely perfect! A little walking, a little jogging and a little sprinting for half the class. Weight training the other half of class. Just enough cardio to not overwhelm my naughty knees. You can run as fast (or slow) as your body feels with no pressure from the instructor. Just positive reinforcement. These intervals are spilt up by cool downs. Love it. I've been a dedicated member of Shred 415 for over a year and I'm beyond thrilled with my results! I've managed to shed over 40 pounds thanks to their challenging and motivating workouts. The instructors are fantastic, always pushing me to my limits while keeping the atmosphere fun and supportive. The Shred415 community has become a huge part of my fitness journey, and I can't imagine working out anywhere else. Chanel just kicked my butt in the best way possible! Always great music, always clear instruction about the moves and flexibility to go at your own pace. Morgan, Emily, and Lauren have amazing classes too. There is never a dull workout at Shred!
