“Very welcoming and friendly, clean and bright studio, great instructor who offered helpful modifications - the strength class was well-paced and just-right challenging. They have a first-class-free offer, it’s a great way to give it a try!”

“Tried the free 30-minute Pilates class and honestly enjoyed it. It was something different from what I’m used to, and Cara did a great job leading the class. The two ladies at the front desk were also really welcoming and helpful, even though I can’t remember their names. Overall it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back for another class.”
