I’ve had a wonderful experience with Greg and his team at New Albany Cleaners! Greg is so friendly (the first thing I noticed on the phone), fast to respond, and you can tell he puts 100% into the experience with each customer. Scheduling was a breeze, pricing is super reasonable, and staff is friendly, professional, and do GREAT work! I am thrilled that I happened to stumble on this company. We are moving in a couple of weeks and I am bummed I can’t use them forever!!
New Albany Cleaning Services has been cleaning our office building for several years. They do a great job and are not disruptive to our daily business as past cleaning companies were. We highly recommend them!
New Albany Cleaning Services came in and cleaned my carpets to perfection. I have had companies come in and do it before and they were messy, unprofessional and left black marks on my carpet. When NACS came in they were respectful, punctual, clean, and worked diligently. I can't say enough good things about NACS. I have known Greg Standley for a while and I can not say enough great things about him and his family. A hard working family man that will put the customer first! NACS should be your first call when you need carpet cleaned!
