I wanted to get a a same-day delivery to my sister for her birthday who works in a hospital. I called in and the woman who took my order was so kind and patient as we figured out the correct address for a kind of complicated hospital order. They ended up delivering within two hours a really beautiful display of flowers. I was extremely happy with the entire interaction, order to delivery. If I ever need flower delivery in the Columbus area, I will definitely be calling Griffin’s again!
Griffins made a beautiful bouquet for my best friend's 80th birthday. Additionally, the driver called 15 minutes before he made the delivery. Griffins sent me an email announcing the delivery and a map to show the location. Very organized! I would definitely call them again.
