Everything from the initial inspection to the completion of the installation was done in a professional manner. The representative actually climbed up on the roof, took photos of problems and explained what each one meant. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The crew removed the old roof and installed the new roof in about six hours. They took care to protect the house and did a thorough cleanup. Every aspect was completed as it had been outlined in the initial visit. I was given the job I expected to get...no surprises.
