Appointments are flexible, as one arrived at 0900 for a 1500 appointment and was loaded immediately, while another went in 2 hours early and got loaded. Loading takes about 16 to 20 minutes. The entrance involves turning left onto the scale. Dry vans must call to check in, then go to the office by door 7 to confirm the pickup number. No overnight parking is permitted. The road is not that busy, but the docks are tight.
